As a Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA), trained at Yale University, Alessio offers various services that integrate fiduciary duties with integrity, ethical practices and loyalty. During the semester at the Chicago Booth to become a Certified Investment Manager – CIMA®, he has developed his value-style in portfolio management and asset allocation, whilst the tuition at the London School of Economics for Transformational Leaders gave him the tools for mentoring and fostering the clients’ values and vision.

Michaela supports Alessio and the SmArt Pistis team in daily coordination, stakeholder communication, and marketing activities. With a Master’s degree in Marketing and Management from Comenius University in Bratislava, she brings a structured and creative approach to digital communication, social media, event support, and client relationship coordination.
Her role focuses on keeping communication clear, organised, and consistent across the team, partners, and clients. Through her experience in marketing project coordination, visual content creation, and operations support, Michaela helps strengthen the connection between SmArt Pistis and its community.
